Straight answers
Do you offer a pre-MOT inspection?
Yes. We can carry out a pre-MOT inspection to identify common issues that could cause an MOT failure. We’ll explain what needs attention before your MOT.
How dark can I legally have my windows tinted?
UK tinting laws vary by window. The front windscreen must allow at least 75% of light through, and the front side windows at least 70%. Rear windows can be darker.
How do I know when my engine oil needs changing?
Follow your vehicle’s recommended service interval. If the oil is overdue, the oil warning light appears, or the engine becomes noisier, contact us and we can check it.
How do I know when my brake pads need replacing?
Common signs include a brake warning light, squeaking or grinding noises, vibration, or reduced braking performance. We can inspect your brakes and advise you before replacement is needed.
Will you tell me if something doesn’t need doing?
Absolutely. We believe in honest advice. If something doesn’t need replacing or repairing, we’ll tell you rather than recommend unnecessary work.
